End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and

the developer of TennisScore Video Umpire ("Licensor").

1. License

The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use TennisScore Video Umpire ("the App") on devices you

own or control, subject to this Agreement and the App Store / Google Play

Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & Payment

• The App is offered free with limited features (1 video export per week,

watermark, no voice/stats burn-in) and as a paid subscription ("Pro")

unlocking unlimited exports, watermark-free export, voice burn-in and

statistics card burn-in.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payments are managed by the store and are subject to the store's terms.

• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end

of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's

store settings.

• No refunds are provided for partially used periods, except as required by

law or the store's refund policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App to process content you have no right to use.
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Content & Privacy

• All videos and data you process remain on your device. See the

[Privacy Policy](privacy) for details.

• You retain all rights to your own content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY

KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE

FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,

OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE

OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by

deleting the App. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you breach

any term; upon termination, your license to use the App ends.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction,

without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

The Licensor may update this Agreement. Continued use of the App after

changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
